Really happy with the service received from Christchurch Cars when we bought a low-mileage 8-year-old Mini Cooper. They seem to have a good range of cars. The price on the mini was marked high on Auto Trader but it was local, looked immaculate, had low mileage and loads of extras so we were willing to pay the price. When we looked at the historic and current MOT records on the car we needed to question a couple of things. Both items were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The car did need a service and vehicle check immediately which we had to factor into the overall budget. I’ve since had the car serviced and checked by a mini approved garage and was told it was immaculate.

They offered an good and fair price for part exchange. The made the process easy and explained everything perfectly. I thought the process was going to be difficult and be pressured to purchase however that was NOT the case. It was simply a delight and 100% excellent service.

Their service was outstanding, the first person I met was Jason who was extremely helpful in assisting me with my choice of car without being "pushy". They have a very impressive selection of cars and although their location is somewhat off the beaten track, make the effort, you will not be disappointed.

Great experience from start to finish. They were very helpful and professional plus took time to accommodate setting up my child with one if her favourite programs while I went over details. Highly recommend.

A pleasure to deal with. They waited late on a dark, wet evening to let me view the car indoors in the light, no pushy sale. Then held the car for 3weeks whilst I sorted out my private sale and number plate paperwork. On driving the car home I noticed a slight issue but this was dealt with straight away without question. Deal done smoothly over WhatsApp and a refundable deposit was left.
