Best car buying experience ever! - and best car.
A very good set up. Bob ( the manager) met me from the station as I had travelled from Gloucester to get here. The car was exactly as described , a real gem, and if anything was better than expected! The car was thoroughly valeted and in great condition and the drive home was good to. I would buy a car again from Bob! This is a small family run business and they really take care of you. Bob made us a coffee and he spent some time making sure i took the best route home! Buy your car from Christchurch cars. I loved it. If ever any member of my family needs a car in the future i will be dealing with this company and not waste my time with others. His words were about how he "lets the car sell themselves" - there is no hassle or hard sell. I have been to too many car sellers over the years who try and sell you what they want to sell and not what you want. You don't get that at Christchurch Cars.

A really positive experience with Christchurch Cars. I went to look at a mini that had been advertised, really helpful and knowledgeable and were happy for me to take it for a test drive on my own which for me to get a feel for the car. There was no pressure and it felt really relaxed which has not always been the experience I have had with other car sales. They part exchanged on my car and offered a very fair price. Would absolutely go to them again in the future when thinking about getting another car.

Excellent and up to date website. Excellent, professional greeting upon our unexpected arrival at the showroom with my questions listened to politely and answered promptly. The car I was interested in was in the most immaculate condition and some good Covid 19 safety measures were already in place, enabling me to take a short test drive. Having been to three other car dealers in that week, I can honestly say that this was the only one that listened well, took my request seriously and gave no hint of attitude or laziness. Hence, I bought the car and am very pleased with it as well as the trouble taken to help me to understand some of the features and to link up to bluetooth. I will definitely use this company again.

Jason at Christchurch cars was very helpful the car was as it was described in the advert as well as the pictures I basically bought the car car over the phone , bob and jason look after us on arrival the car was spotless had one minor fault a lighted came on but they got it sorted straightaway. well help with the service that I received would buy another car from them without hesitation just like to say thanks for being honest and following up making sure that everything was alright right a week latter, it's nice to see there are genuine dealers still out there thanks lads.

I cannot fault this dealership at all. They have been outstanding from the start of looking around and buying the car to fixing any little issues that I had with the car with no hesitation or issues.

I would recommend Christchurch cars to anyone wanting to buy a car, whether you are new to driving or have had many years experience this is the place for you to get your new car from. The cars they have are wide range of models, makes and years all at reasonable prices, they do not charge the earth like other places do and they also have a 6 month guarantee or a year with RAC and repairs for your car. The car is serviced and MOT'd for a year so basically you dont have to worry about a thing.

If you do come across an issue with the car no matter how minor it is they are more than happy to have a look and fix it for you, they will provide you with a courtesy car in the meantime that your car is in the shop. This place gives you complete price of mind when getting a car from them.

I honestly can't thank them enough !!! But here is a personal thank you to the whole team. Andrew and Bob you have been stars. :)

Can't recommend Christchurch Cars Limited enough! A smooth transaction from start to finish. Having driven 3 hours to view a Citroen C4 Cactus, we were instantly greeted on the forecourt and offered a hot beverage which made us feel welcome right from the start. At no point were we pressured into buying, we were given all the time we needed to view the car, take it out for a test drive and eventually make the decision to buy. What would I rate this company out of 10 you ask? 12! Honestly, no pushy sales, spoke to me over email like I asked due to work and gave me all the details I needed to decide on whether the car could be for me. Told them I couldn't come down on weekend as I had the dog and no sitter. No problem they said, bring her with you, we'll help look after her for you and they sure did! Offered a cup of tea on arrival, greeted us so casually I was at ease the whole time. I sold my car via webuyanycar and they collected me to bring me back to the dealership to finish off the paperwork and take ownership of the new car. Car was clean, MOT and service fresh and a RAC warranty which is super helpful. Best service in a car dealership and I've seen a lot of them as my Husbands had MANY cars, sometimes the sales tactic can be enough to take you from I'm interested, to forget it! But not this place. Highly recommended! Top blokes and great service. Thanks Jason the car really was a dream to drive home in.
